• Coloured Scan copies of original Passport - Bio Page & Address page (validity up to 6 months from the date of Travel) along with old Passport. It must contain at least two blank pages
• Coloured photographs soft copy, must not be older than 6months (Size : 3.5 x 4.5 cm., white background, dark colored clothes, 80% face cover, No sunglasses, hat or any head covering)
• Yellow fever vaccination certificate
• Personal Covering Letter is Mandatory in Typed format only. (Applicant Name, Passport Details, Travel Dated, Purpose of travel, accommodation details, expenses to be borne by, Signature, Contact number, residential address and email address )
