1. Original Passport (validity upto 6 months from the date of Travel) along with old Passport.
2. Two Photos (white background, 4.5cm x 3.5cm fresh camera-clicked 80%face, dark-colored clothing,Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering)
3. Overseas medical insurance in Original with minimum coverage of Euro 30,000, or 50000 USD equivalent for emergency hospital and repatriation expenses & validity should exceed 15 days after return back to India.
4. Return Confirmed E-Ticket
5. Confirmed Hotel Bookings
6. Tour itinerary for whole trip
6. Utility bill / address proof (with your name)
For Self Employed
1. Proof of Ownership/Director such as Company's Trade License/Memorandum of Articles / registration Certificate.
2. Personal & Company’s Up-to-date Bank Statement (Last 6 Months with seal and signature having the bank's phone number, fax number and e-mail Balance in account should cover at least 30EUROS per day)
3. Personal & Company’s IT returns (Last 3 years)
4. Blank Company letter head for covering letter.
If Service
1. Salary slips (last 6 months)
2. NOC from company (If employed). Mention the designation & purpose of visit)
3. Personal up-to-date bank statement of last 6 months with bank seal & signature
4. Personal ITR of last 3yrs.
5. ID Copy

All applications must contain a full colour photocopy of the valid passport - all pages of the passport are required
If there are any valid visas for Schengen or USA/UK/Canada/Australia (issued in last three years) in the old/cancelled passport then a colour photocopy of the visa pages and passport data pages are required
