• Confirmed tickets in and out of Bangladesh
• Confirmed Hotel Voucher
• Personal Covering Letter is Mandatory in Typed format only. (Applicant Name, Passport Details, Travel Dated, Purpose of travel, accommodation details, expenses to be borne by, Signature, Contact number, residential address and email address )
• Invitation letter dually signed and stamped with the complete address and contact details of the Inviting company
•Trade License copy of the Inviting Company in Bangladesh
• GST / Registration Certificate copy of Indian Company
• Aadhar Card and Covid Vaccination Certificate copy of the applicant
