*Checklist for AUSTRIA VISA:*
• Original Passport (validity up to 6 months from the date of Travel) along with old Passport. It must contain at least two blank pages
• Fully completed application form and signed by the applicant.
• 2 Colour photographs, must not be older than 6months (Size : 3.5 x 4.5 cm., white background, dark colored clothes, 80% face cover, No sunglasses, hat or any head covering)
• Confirmed return air ticket
• Hotel confirmation vouchers
• Itinerary covering the whole trip in Austria and all Schengen Member States, stating the planned dates and places of stay
• A covering letter from the applicant introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief
• Travel Insurance. The insurance policy must cover all the Schengen countries, and the minimum policy coverage is Euro 30,000 or US Dollar 50,000. The insurance policy must be valid for the entire duration of the intended stay
*If Service*
• Salary slips (last 6 months)
• NOC from company (If employed). mention the designation & purpose of visit)
• Original bank statement showing movements in the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
• Personal ITR of last 3yrs.
• ID Copy / visiting card
*If Self-Employed*
• Proof of Business Ownership (Company Trade Licence / MOA / Registration certificate / Partnership Deed)
• Personal & Company up-to-date bank statement of last 6 months with bank seal & signature.
• Blank Company letter head for Covering letter.
• Personal & Company ITR for last 3years.
