Documents checklist for Australia VISA
• A travel document, issued less than 10 years ago, containing at least two blank pages, with a period of validity at least 3 months longer than the date on which you intend to leave the aussie Area or, in the case of a long stay, at least three months longer than the expiry date of the visa requested. Be sure to transmit (scan). ALL PAGES of your travel document containing visas, entry and exit stamps or any other inscription.
• ID photograph.
• 2 copy photographs (Color photographs, Not older than 3 months, Size 3.5x4.5 cm, White background, Dark colored clothes)
• Invitation from a company or an authority to participate in conferences or events of a commercial, industrial or professional nature.
• Reservation of a return ticket
• Travel itinerary.
• Letter of introduction stating purpose of visit on company/organization letterhead paper, signed by competent authority.
• Self declaration / covering letter
• Personal Bank statements, pay slips, tax returns or any other proof of income. (each A4 page stamped and signed by the bank)
• Company Bank statements, tax returns or any other proof of income. (each A4 page stamped and signed by the bank)
• Company trade license / Master data copy / Partnership deed
• Reservation of a hotel or sufficient resources to cover hotel expenses (to the amount of €200/day) or a tenancy agreement or certificate of ownership. If staying with a private individual: proof of accommodation (Cerfa form).
