Travel to Kangaroo Island - An early morning pick up from your hotel for a scenic coach journey to Cape Jervis taking in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula with its vineyards, coastal views and rolling hills. On arrival, board the SeaLink ferry for the 45 minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Here you will board your luxury SeaLink coach and your local driver/guide will take you on a tour of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination.
Seal Bay Conservation Park - Visit Seal Bay Conservation Park where you will be taken on a beach walk with an experienced guide, and be amongst a colony of rare Australian sea lions. Get up close and see these wild creatures frolic and laze about – a truly amazing and unforgettable experience.
Lunch - Then enjoy a delicious two course lunch at Vivonne Bay Bistro, set in a beautiful Australian bushland setting, followed by a visit to the Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, were you will see koalas relaxing in the trees.
Flinders Chase National Park - Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, which is renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and
echidnas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful Long-nosed fur seals. There is also a possibility that you will see more kangaroos and wallabies on your return to Penneshaw for your return journey to Adelaide.
Travel to the Barossa wine region - Travel through the city of Adelaide northwards to the world renowned Barossa wine region. Enjoy the change of scenery as you make your way into the vineyards of South Australia’s premium wine district.

Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre - Your first stop is at the multi-award winning Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre where you will have the opportunity to sample their famous wines in a structured tasting, be taken on a tour of the surrounding vines and cellar door then enjoy morning tea as you overlook the vineyards.
Mengler Hill Lookout - Leaving Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto Saltram Wine Estate at Angaston. Here you will learn about Saltram’s 150 year history and taste some of the wide selection of quality wines from the stunning cellar door.

Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop - The next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Learn about Maggie Beer – the cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products',and enjoy tastings of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. You can also browse amongst her personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view.

Lunch - After a memorable cellar door experience, journey to the South Australian Company Store and Kitchen for a delicious lunch.

Herbig Family Tree - Leaving the Barossa, stop at the Herbig Family Tree at Springton, a hollow tree trunk that provided a ‘home’ for Friedrich & Caroline Herbig and two of their 16 children until 1860.

Barossa Valley Chocolate Company - Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company your final stop for
the day. Here you will taste house made chocolates paired with Vineyard Road’s handcrafted wines which will be a great way to finish off your Barossa Food & Wine Experience.

Hahndorf - Travel to the picturesque Adelaide Hills and on arrival into Hahndorf (Australia’s oldest German settlement), you will have free time to explore Hahndorf’s main street with many shops and
galleries full of local arts, crafts and produce and pubs where you can sample some German Beers.

authentic outback life on a cattle station. As evening falls, arrive in Darwin to complete your epic Australian journey. On arrival, we will transfer you from Darwin Berrimah Terminal to your Hotel.

Your cruise will depart from DOCK 3, located at the very end of Stokes Hill Wharf, city side. Crew members will meet you under the large white umbrellas and will commence boarding 20-minutes
prior to the cruise departure time. Generally you will leave Stokes Hill Wharf, travel along the Esplanade cruising along at 4 knots past the Larrakeyah Naval barracks, Cullen Bay and Fannie Bay.

can operate. Hear knowledgeable commentary from the crew on Darwin History, Cyclone Tracey and the bombing of Darwin. In the past there have been sightings of crocodiles, dolphins, turtles and
dugongs, however there is no guarantee you will see wildlife on your cruise. You will experience a Sunset on Darwin Harbour followed by Darwin’s skyline lit up at night.
Take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. Today we transfer you to the airport to board the flight for Sydney.
On arrival at Sydney Airport, our local tour operator would be there to welcome you to the Harbour City of Australia & transfer you to the Hotel for Check in.
Remaining day is free at leisure. You may explore Sydney’s Sparkling Harbour, outdoor lifestyle & great natural beauty on your own.
